        • Week 1
          You can start by taking 1/2 oz of Micro-BOOST™ in a 6-8 oz. glass of filtered water (or add it to your water bottle) daily. You can keep taking your current mineral or electrolyte supplements.

          Continue with 1/2 oz of Micro-BOOST™, daily. You can begin to increase the amount gradually, with the goal of taking 1 oz., daily.
        • Week 3
          If taking Micro-BOOST™ alone, you can move into maintenance mode and continue to take up 1 oz (1 cap or 1 shot glass), daily. It can be taken alone, or with water.
        • NOTE: If you are taking Micro-BOOST™ with Electrolyze™, take only 1/2 oz (1/2 cap or shot glass) of each, daily.
        • Week 4 and Beyond:

        Like most entrepreneurial ventures, BEAM Minerals began as a passion project.

        BEAM Minerals originated from co-founder Caroline Alan's personal health journey. After suffering from various conditions and trying numerous protocols with unsatisfactory results, she discovered the little-known benefits of mineral supplementation through her friend Dan Howard. Together they established BEAM Minerals to educate people about minerals and provide completely pure, bioavailable, plant-based fulvic and humic products for effective mineral replenishment.

        After experiencing the remineralization of their own bodies, our founders made it their mission to learn everything imaginable about the science of minerals (and other micronutrients) in the human body – and thus perfect their formula. This journey led to insatiable research into the fields of cellular biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, neurobiology and other neurosciences. The research then turned to plant decomposition, soil science, and other related fields, such as the study of GMO and the use of herbicides and pesticides in our food supply.

        We’re often asked the meaning of our company name. As you may surmise, the all-caps name comes from an unintentional acronym.

        One day, while brainstorming on a white board (where most great ideas begin), the words “Best Electrolytes And Minerals” were written. BEAM. It was as if the company named itself.
